Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Our Commitment
At Meer Kitchen Tools, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 3 days of delivery provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and parts intact
- You have proof of purchase — your order ID, confirmation SMS, or WhatsApp message from us
- The return request is initiated within 3 days of receiving the order — requests after this window will not be accepted
Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Products that have been used, washed, or assembled
- Items with missing packaging, accessories, or labels
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper cleaning
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective)
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered — if you received a different product than what you ordered
- Defective or damaged product — if the item arrived broken, cracked, or with a manufacturing defect
- Size or variant mismatch — if the wrong size, colour, or variant was delivered
For exchanges due to a change of mind (e.g. you ordered the wrong product yourself), exchange is subject to availability and the item must meet all return eligibility conditions above. Additional delivery charges will apply.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following will not be refunded under any circumstances:
- Delivery / shipping charges — these are non-refundable in all cases
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
- Items not in their original unused condition
- Orders where the customer was not available at the time of delivery (re-delivery charges apply separately)
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us Within 3 Days Reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order via:

Step 2 — Provide Your Order Details Share the following with our team:
- Your full name and order ID / order confirmation
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Clear photographs of the item showing the issue (for defective or damaged items)
Step 3 — Await Confirmation Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Step 4 — Pack & Send the Item Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Our team will guide you on how and where to send it. Do not ship the item before receiving confirmation from us.
Step 5 — Refund or Exchange Processed Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued based on your original payment method:

Note: Delivery charges will be deducted from your refund amount in all cases.
To receive a bank transfer refund, you will need to provide your:
- Full account holder name
- Bank name and branch
- Account number / IBAN
- Or EasyPaisa / JazzCash mobile number
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Take clear photographs or a short video of the damaged item immediately upon opening
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery — damage claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted
- Send the photos/video to our WhatsApp: 0325-1234333
For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will offer:
- A free replacement of the same product, or
- A full refund including delivery charges (in cases where the damage was caused by us or our courier)
8. Warranty Claims
All Meer Kitchen Tools products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty duration varies by product — please check the individual product page for details.
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to improper use, overheating, or dropping
- Damage caused by using wrong cleaning methods (e.g. metal scrubbers on non-stick pans)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and photographs at meerkitchentools@gmail.com.
9. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately on WhatsApp at 0325-1234333.
- If the order has not yet shipped, cancellation is free and a full refund will be issued.
After Dispatch:
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may initiate a return after delivery following the process in Section 5.
Refused Delivery:
- If you refuse delivery at the door without a valid reason, the original delivery charges will not be refunded, and a return fee may also apply.
10. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) — we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, ordered wrong item) — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
